Before you buy
Requires prepared CSVs in the included format. Raw Genesys and other platform exports need to be mapped; no live API connection, email sending or automatic historical file storage is provided. Best used in a modern desktop browser. Individual CSV files are limited to 5 MB. Each purchase licenses internal use by one organization; redistribution and resale are prohibited.
Buyer FAQ
Can I import raw Genesys exports? No. Map your vendor exports to the included normalized CSV templates first.
Is it real-time? No. This is an offline reporting dashboard; it does not monitor live queues or connect to APIs.
Will it save history automatically? No. Keep your CSV inputs and exported reports if you need an archive.
What is required? A modern desktop browser, prepared CSVs in the included format, and files under 5 MB each.
What the included sample actually produces
The downloadable package contains fictional, reproducible sample queue data covering three dates. The sample has 330 offered calls, 303 answered calls, 270 calls answered within the configured SLA threshold, 27 abandoned calls, 72,720 total handle seconds, 4,552 answer-wait seconds, and 43 positive surveys from 48 valid responses.
| Metric | Calculation from sample | Result |
|---|---|---|
| Service level | 270 ÷ 330 | 81.8% |
| Average handle time | 72,720 ÷ 303 | 240 seconds |
| Average speed of answer | 4,552 ÷ 303 | 15.0 seconds |
| Customer satisfaction | 43 ÷ 48 | 89.6% |
| Abandonment | 27 ÷ 330 | 8.2% |
All values above are fictional examples, not real business outcomes. Definitions depend on your operational policy; in this tool, SLA uses total offered calls as its denominator.
Which problem is it suited to?
Best for a supervisor or operations manager who already has exportable daily call-center KPI counts and wants a repeatable local dashboard with simple integrity checks, trend charts and printable reports. It is not a replacement for a live workforce-management platform, a full business-intelligence suite, or a raw-export integration.
