Workforce Studio Super adds Erlang C staffing estimates to the offline weekly planner. Import your own dated contact volumes and average handle times, configure the target service level and operational assumptions, calculate interval staffing requirements, then generate a 7–14 day candidate shift roster with transparent gaps.

Super capabilities

• Everything in Basic and Pro, including interactive intraday break/meal recovery, pinned moves, Undo, weekly CSV audit and 7–14-day shift generation.
• Import per-date, per-interval offered contacts and AHT (seconds), plus explicit SLA %, target answer time, maximum occupancy and shrinkage assumptions.
• Calculate scenario-based staffing estimates using the Erlang C queue formula; feed calculated required headcount into weekly generation.
• Enforce user-provided weekly workday, consecutive-day, rest-time and hour limits during heuristic scheduling.
• Place breaks and meals within your configured windows; separate unpaid meal time from gross scheduled hours.
• See remaining understaffed intervals, unresolved activity placements, import validation issues, and export rosters plus exceptions.

Before purchasing

Erlang C is a planning estimate—not a validated forecast or SLA guarantee. It assumes a simplified queueing model; real-world routing, abandonment, repeat contacts and nonstationary behavior may differ. Weekly shift construction is heuristic, not globally optimal. The product does not connect to Genesys/NICE, predict call volume automatically, import arbitrary vendor exports, or certify labor-law compliance. Human WFM review is mandatory.
