Workforce Studio Pro combines an offline shift-and-break editor with a 7–14 day scheduling engine built for small contact-center teams. It takes your explicit employee availability, time-interval requirements and policies, generates a candidate roster, and shows exactly where staffing gaps remain.

Pro capabilities

• Everything in Basic: interactive shifts, breaks and meals, pinned moves, coverage views, Undo, weekly roster editing and CSV audit.
• Import dated employee availability: AVAILABLE, OFF, LEAVE and SICK. Missing employee/date rows are rejected, not silently treated as days off.
• Import dated required headcount for each configured interval. Missing requirements are rejected, not guessed as zero.
• Generate 7- or 14-day shifts using a transparent heuristic with your chosen shift length and start increments.
• Apply configurable limits on days worked, consecutive days, minimum rest between shifts and weekly hours.
• Place eligible breaks/meals within user-defined relative start windows; track unplaced activities, shortage intervals, unpaid meals and paid vs gross hours.
• Export roster and understaffing exceptions as CSV, and save/reopen scenarios locally.

Before purchasing

Generation is heuristic, not globally optimal, and gaps may remain. Employee skill-group membership is single-group for a generated roster, and you must supply complete availability/demand inputs. There is no live Genesys/NICE integration, cross-queue workforce optimization, certified labor compliance or automatic payroll publishing. All schedules require human approval.
